Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at Htreattach@outlook.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct our mistake promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or offer exchanges if there has been a mistake on our part. If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly offer a full refund or an exchange for the correct product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at Htreattach@outlook.com. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
